Returns.com will be the first One-Stop Web Based merchandise return facility. It will allow consumers to return products purchased on their major credit card without being inconvenienced by the archaic merchandise return policies of most merchants. Provided the consumer has a credit card receipt with a transaction #, the consumer can log on to Returns.com. Enter their transaction # and the item to be returned, and click submit. A returns.com tracking # will be generated, a call ticket will be forwarded to the most applicable shipper which will show up at your home or office or anywhere to pick up your return. Once delivery (24-48hrs) is confirmed to the merchant. The consumers credit-card will be credited for the full amount of the purchase.
